Brother-in-law have called up this restaurant to reserve seat in the evening. If he did not booking the table, chances to eat here will be very slim as it will be full house. A common scenario in every Chinese restaurants during Chinese New Year. This the time they made huge profit as to compare to normal dinner.

A Chinese New (lunch or dinner) will never complete if never eat any Yee Sang (or Yu Sheng) 鱼生. Restoran Regent’s Yee Sang taste better if compare with Restoran Min Kok. This the Yee Sang and other dishes we have tonight.

Yee Sang (or Yu Sheng) 鱼生 is a raw fish salad that is usually eaten throughout the entire Chinese New Year.
