We can’t blame it on the genes anymore. That line has been exhausted many times over and our ancestors weren’t really that big. The underlying reason for our increasing number of overweight people is because of negligence to follow proper dieting.

More and more health problems arise because we adapted a junk food culture. Believe it or not, we have put fast food on top of our dietary pyramids. And the irony is, fast food is primarily junk food. We have adapted a liking to it over home cooked meals. Perhaps it’s just our busy schedules, or perhaps we simply love fast food because of its addictive components such as cheese, preservatives, and sweets.

Our society is losing track on what a healthy diet is all about. With all the hype on healthy living and weight loss, it seems everything is just on the surface and deep inside; we cannot face the main cause of our health problems which is healthy diet.

Remember the go, grow and glow foods back in grade school. Now that is really easy. Ample amount of carb source, a good serving of meat or any protein rich viand, and some veggies or fruits to complete the meal – healthy diets are important to keep our bodies in good working condition. Healthy eating and dieting allows a balance of nutrients in the body. When we eat junk food, it’s mostly comprised of calorie rich substances such as carbohydrates.

Health eating and diet plans should be part of our family goals. With healthy eating and diet, you need not lecture me on them. Doing that is detrimental to your health. The main objective of healthy eating and dieting is to replace junk with nutritional food.

With the right amount of each type of food, our bodies can easily recover from many different ailments. With the right types of foods, we will get antioxidants to height. You can eat as many as you want because food is made up of Korean. All of the stress related issues can cause more serious health risks. Always remember that after work, nothing beats a healthy eating diet such as home cooked meal.

Chinese New Year 2012, the year of golden dragon will be around the corner soon. As most Malaysian wishes, tell me who don’t want Chinese 2012 New Year open houses? It is the event most people will be looking forward. Who don’t want, when you can eat for free?

Yes! You can eat as much as you can for FREE, but “Ta Pau” (packed home) show your lowest down to earth non standard moral.Shame on you!

If you take a lot of foods but later cannot finish and wasted it, you show no respect at all for foods! Soon one day the foods will take revenge back on you. Just see la! Either you get chronic disease from eating or you might broke one day until you beg for the foods. Just wonder why God let you born on the place where you can just waste foods like that. God should put you in the place where foods are difficult to get and most of them hunger or malnutrition to death then only you know how to value foods.
