How to eat healthy?
The most important thing to start your day is with good breakfast, eat healthy lunches and healthy dinners. There is a quotes “Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper. ~ Adelle Davis (1904 – 1974)

What is good breakfast? Breakfast recipes like McDonald’s breakfast is not really breakfast healthy. Neither most common Malaysian’s breakfast foods like Nasi Lemak, Roti Canai, Mee (Mihun, Koay Teow) goreng (fried), road side burger, bread, or Ba Kut Teh. It is either too much oil, fried foods or high carbohydrate contents. Does everyone need all these early morning? Nope! I guessed not but most of us don’t know about it.

What we really need are proper foods that can give us enough vitamins and minerals.

Healthy Breakfast Health Food

Healthy meals, healthy diet, breakfast suggestions – eggs (boil or half boil) vegetables, fruits, fresh milk, cereal and oat are ideas for breakfast and much more healthy recipes in our breakfast menu.

Whatever cook in fresh soups (not too salty or too sweet) are much more better than any fried foods is consider healthy eating. Though these breakfast ideas are not the healthiest breakfast (still lack of certain other nutrition) it is much better than we simply eating too much high carbohydrate foods in the early morning.

Egg Corn Savoury Soup

My supper for tonight – Egg Corn Savoury Soup. Preparation steps:

  1. Boil hot water, beat the egg and pour it in then stir (Picture A)
  2. Add in the corn powder (Picture B & C) and stir (Picture D)

The corn soup powder is not available in any hypermarket. It is only available from certain shops through out Malaysia. It is a nutritious meal replacement for up to two  meals a day. A healthy alternative that contains just 180 kcal for energy need.

Lunch For Today

Woke up at 11:00AM today and preparing my breakfast and lunch. These what I have done

  1. Boiling water on the kettle
  2. Washing the pot and 2 eggs
  3. Clean up the food blender
  4. Pour in all the vitamin and supplement pills inside. (These supplements are from a branded company with more than 75 years of history) Yes The taste will be very terrible if you used those vitamin & supplement pills from pharmacist shop. No
  5. Peeling off  2 apples skin, cutting it into small pieces and put it inside the blender.
  6. Added Vanilla Drink Mix Powder, a bit of water and ON the blending machine. These jug contain more than 44+ vitamin  & minerals.
  7. While blending machine doing it job, I pouring hot water on the eggs.
  8. The blending machine stop an the Nutrition Breakfast is ready. Drank the nutrition drink while waiting for the eggs.
  9. After finished with the drink, I took out one egg as half boiled egg, add garlic powder and ate it.
  10. Continue cooking another egg on stove.
  11. Cleaning up apples skin from sink, washing the blender & mug.
  12. When the egg fully boiled, added garlic & five spice powder, a bit of light soy sauce. Mixed it all together and that is my lunch for today! Taste good and nutritious.

林海峰老師 (Lin Hai Feng) have said that we can eat 3 to 6 eggs per day. It is much better than eating too much carbohydrate foods (i.e rice, mee or bread) Eggs contain rich source of protein and other nutrients that are required by our body.

Nutrition Breakfast Demo

1:00PM I was at Petaling Jaya to meet an IBO, Mr. Tan. I have made an appointment with him earlier. The reason to see him today is to show him the Nutrition Breakfast Demo I have learned from Network J&J meeting. After the demo, he is quite impressed about it. He did not place any order but that not so important. What important is I able to let him see what I have learned. This can be part of the follow-up I need to do on non active IBOs. I have told him that if he have friends who like to see the demo, can make an appointment with me. I will then be there to help him to do the demo presentation.
