A Chinese New (lunch or dinner) will never complete if never eat any Yee Sang (or Yu Sheng) 鱼生. Restoran Regent’s Yee Sang taste better if compare with Restoran Min Kok. This the Yee Sang and other dishes we have tonight.

Yee Sang (or Yu Sheng) 鱼生 is a raw fish salad that is usually eaten throughout the entire Chinese New Year.

With this reason I can save on expensive Valentine flowers and dinner once again. I like to say sorry for restaurant owner and florist because they can’t earn my money. I want to give them the money but no women want to give me the chance to do so. So restaurant owner and florist need to wait until this woman come to my life. Ha! Ha!

Lastly I wish those who will have Valentine dinners soon have a romantic unforgettable night. All the best and good luck. Hope your dream come through tonight. If your dream did not realize then you have helped other to achieve their dream.  If not because you all these bosses (restaurant, hotel & florist) won’t have chance to laugh all the way to the bank. (Hint: For those who pay the bill, Do you feel like a “water fish” tonight?)

This poem sounded familiar to me. I remembered that I have posted in my blogs before. If given me a choice, I want to be the boy that will kiss on her forehead, who will hold her in front of my friends,  who still think that she is pretty without make up on and finally who turns to my friends and says “That’s her…” but this cannot happen because she don’t choose me as the boy.

When I scroll up to the “To:” row, I found out a lot other email addresses. She ‘bulk emailing’ these to all her contacts just to promote the valentine dinner at the place she worked. On my phone I saw some attachments and when I opened it, I saw these.

Then I came to know from her facebook that she designed and chosen these menu herself. If I have a choice I want to treat her these dinner….. but who am I for her. I never ever be her knight or prince charming. Life go on for me and I remained single every time when Valentine Day came.

When I reached there it began to drizzle. The drizzling with the sun light caused a beautiful rainbow being developed. Wow! That nice!

After giving away the “Ang Pau” I headed to the reserved table which is #24. No one have fill up the table yet. I am the first one there So I can choose the best seat facing the stage. It is more easy for me to take photos and short video clips during the dinner.

Around 7:00PM, most people have filled up their seats. 8:00PM the foods still not yet serve. Everybody have waited for 1 1/2 hour and I am a bit hungry then. Luckily I have a plate of nasi lemak before I came here. Since nothing to do, I decided to snap some pictures.

Later when I sat down and wait for the dinner, I have been thinking. Hmm… when will be my turn to have this wedding dinner for my family, relatives and friends? When will I get married? Who is the woman who will be my wife?

These are the foods that I have during the wedding dinner.

So I u-turned back. Damn! That area at South City Plaza so jammed up and I got caught in the traffic jam. I crawled slowly and when reached the traffic light I turned right but then I forgot to turn to the left and I missed the junction! No choice loh! Got to find some place to u-turn back again.

Finally I found that place and reached there at 6:30PM.  As I parked my car on the roadside, it just a  coincidence that Alice and other have arrived too. I called up Richard to check if he has arrived as I don’t have the invitation card with me. He said he is on the way and I waited for him at the main entrance. I snapped this picture.

Moment later I saw George and we chat for a while. While waiting for Richard, I asked him to take a picture for me. Then Alice came down to inform us that we don’t need the card as it is free sitting. Anyway we still waiting for him. Around 6:50PM Richard & Shannie came with the rest of business associates and we went up the 1st floor of the restaurant.

As we settle down, the next thing for me to do is snapping for nice pictures. Of course as soon as I grabbed the invitation card, I took down the pictures.

Donating some “Ang Pau” money for charity. With about 1030 IBOs, the organiser able to collect 20K ++ for 5 selected organisations that needed help.

Before dinner, they all excited because they can karaoke. Me don’t know to sing just watched them loh. When the dinner served I just busy snapping the dishes pictures

As I am not a good drinker, half glass of Martell enough for me to feel like floating and dizzy.   We left at 10:40pm, going back “High High” when reached home like “walking in the air” sat down relaxing and watching “Project A” (Jacky Chan) at TV3 then do some blogging before go to sleep.
