How To Fix “Limited Or No Connectivity”?

I have sat at Starbucks for hours just to solve this problem “Limited or no connectivity” on my netbook. Damn what the heck is happening? Before this everything is OK until it pop out with no warning. In front of me is another Apple Ipad that I used to online to search for solution. I have tried almost all the solutions as stated by people that having the same problem and almost give up when I found this solution that really can help me.

Flush the DNS Cache: Thanks for those who have helped me

Windows 2000/XP: Fire up a Command Prompt (Start Menu>Run) and execute the command
ipconfig -flushdns

• [I have tried it but it still not solve the problem]

if you get ‘could not flush dns’ or message saying dns resolver cache could not be flushed.

If it is XP SP2 then go to Start > Run > CMD > type netsh winsock reset > enter, restart as prompted. => Finally this solved my problem.
