As my brother-in-law, sister, mum, nieces and nephew went to JUSCO at Seremban 2, I stayed home. Sleep for a while. Half an hour later woke up then watch Celine Dion performances at NTV7 and at the same time blogging. Celine Dion is one of my favourite singers. I loved her songs. Nice and romantic.

Countdown Started! Now Is Merdeka Day!

Arrived from Kuala Lumpur around 12:05am. Switch on TV to watch the live telecast for a while. You didn’t go to see the celebration meh? No lah… so many people and also difficult to find parking place. Beside that my camera have been sent in Canon Service Centre and no camera to capture the fireworks. And the best ever reason I can give is….. normally I seldom go to such celebration alone. If have girl friend then it is different loh… Mum told me that sister not yet coming because her daugther (my niece) need to attend some Wusyu demostration in Malacca (Melaka) After bath, have some supper cooked by mum then online blogging a while before go to sleep. |

Calling Today Another Day?
Wake up around 10:15AM, watched Parliament Live Telecast till 11.00AM. At the same time do some blogging. Then watched Malay news on 11:00AM (RTM 1) & Mandarin news on 12:00PM (RTM 2) and then continue to watch Thai series of “Chocolate Love”
3:00PM have some lunch at the nearby Mamak’s restaurant. Back home continues with my blogs and do some laundry before taking bath and go for work at Taman Dagang. After work, went to nearby Mamak’s Restaurant again, read Utusan Malaysia, then The Stars till 11:50PM Back home watched news again, facebooking and blogging.

Placing Online Order
Just before go to sleep… around 4:52AM, I made some ordering online through Amway2u.com. Need to deliver it to my customer (Miss Yap) at Kelana Jaya on 27-08-2008. The products are 2 units of Moisture Rich Cleansing Creme, 1 unit Clarifying Toner, 1 unit Glycerine & Honey Soap, 1 unit Bio C Plus 200 tablets, 3 units Deodorant AntiPerspirant Roll-on.
OK… now done time to sleep. Good night… opps… good morning actually

My Canon Power Shot A460 Is Out!
Damn! It seem like something wrong with the lens. I have encountered this problem since 18-08-2008 (Monday) some of the images are OK, some either have lines or gone white like over-expose. Need to send in to Canon Customer Service today or else how I going to capture pictures for my blogs? Luckily I still have other cameras (web cam + Nokia 2630 camera phone) or else I can’t take any pictures. It seem like today I can’t live without the digital camera 
I believed most bloggers will agree with me! 
After lunch, I backed home online to search for location map of the service center as I did not know the exact place. By looking at the map at least I will know where and at last I found it [here] After have a simple sketch of the map, I am heading to this place on 3.30PM
Well it seem like all parking is full. Round and round then finally just simply park 
No choice mah and don’t blame me… he! he! As long it did not block anyone it should OK qua…
When I am at the Customer Service Center, I showed the staff there about the images on the digital camera. She said most probably the lens distorted and need to repair. It cost RM 213 with warranty of 3 months.
I argued that what happen next if after repaired the same problem arise? She said have 3 months warranty mah. I said, maybe at the first 3 months OK… but after 3 months then later problem again mean I need to send in to get repair another time and pay another RM 213? No way man… RM 213 + RM 213 = RM 426 can get another new one leh with 1 year warranty. She said that depend on my luck loh… Ai… headache.. want to repair or get a new one leh?
After think and think I said I better get a new one and asked how much the new Canon model? She said maybe I can get cheaper rate if I buy it from there but the centre need to throughly check my camera first. So I left it there.
Chocolate Love – RTM2
This is a Thai version of love story that on air on RTM 2 from 12:30pm – 1:30Pm every Monday – Thursday. Romantic, sweet and painful experinces when in love. There a quote that said “The moment you hug me, I want you to hug me the rest of my life” So touching. I used not to cry when watching movie but without me realise, tears fill my eyes. Ai … I don’t know since when I became so sentimental nowday… tears can fill my eyes easily.
Hmm… talking about chocolate… it is my favourite! About hug… I like to be hug too! and finally love… yeah where is my love…. my chocolate love? 
Don’t know have this version on DVD or not? Want to have one lah….

Watching Closing Ceremony Of Olympic Beijing 2008 On TV
It is great, colourful, many types of stunts never ever see before. Congratulation Beijing for super class performances. Will look for the DVD copy soon. Worth to keep, a memory to remember. The opening and closing really spectacular. What a great show and performances. All those specially selected dragon ladies so beautiful and sweet.
2408 For Caroline
With this on my hands I walked in her office. Caroline may not surprise to see me as I already informed her that I will come over to see her today. What she may surprised is to see these gifts!
Those moment she noticed the moon cakes box, straight away she recognised it is from Amway! Why so? Well… this is because her sister, Tina was in Amway business too… so it not surprise if she knew it is Amway moon cakes
As she saw me walked closer, she asked, “For me?” I nodded my head agreed. She then asked from whom, I said it is from me.
She took the flowers and looked at it, smiled and walked out from the counter and stand near me.
“These for?” I heard her asking. I said, “Today is 24th August…” she said, “And?” I told her that last 2 years… on the same date she have sat in front of her computer, logged in Rankstudio and have commented on my blogs for the first time! (24082006)
She then said, “So this is 2nd years Anniversary!!?” Of course it is! She then said I can remembered ya… but I said that not really that I can remember, it just that when I have checked through all my previous blogs in Rankstudio only then I knew!
She suddenly spread her arms wide apart and come to hug me! I was stunned and surprised for a moment but basic instinct automatically told me that I should opened my arms wide to accept her hug too! I heard one of her colleague said “So lucky” I also think so. After what I have done, don’t you think so I deserved the hug? Beside… Do you think you can easily get Caroline to hug you ah? If for no reason…..
She take a look at the flowers again, touch it… and said, “Are these real flowers?” I answered yes and she smelled on it deeply…. I asked her if she will be free tonight as I can wait for her at Starbuck.
“I don’t think so. It will quite late after work. I will call you tomorrow. You tomorrow no work right?”, I heard her saying this. I told her that I was not working tomorrow and looked at her… then I asked if she like to take some pictures with me. She said not in the office area as her colleagues was around.
Then she looked at my T-shirt) “Hmm…! Dogs Of Malaysia!!!” She said. That moment I was wearing a black T-shirt that contain 20 characters of dogs. This T-shirt is a free gift from HSBC Bank when I claimed the credit card points. I asked her “So which one is you?” And she moving her fingers to search for it …. I looked at it and help her pointed it to the “Playful” character. “Hmm… Playful?” She then nod her head to agree.
As I walked to the shop entrance/(exit) she accompany me. “So… It have been 2 years! How fast time flies” I gave a pat on her shoulder and said, “There is an important message inside the moon cakes box. You can share the moon cakes with your colleague loh!” I walked away.
When I am inside the car, around 6:35PM she SMS to said sorry as she can’t talk longer with me as her colleagues are all there today, and it is not nice to see at her work place and she said she will call me tomorrow. I replied her saying it is ok and not a problem Hmm….. I wonder what she will think about the poem I have specially written for her?
Definitely after today…. I will remembered her hug for a very long time…..
You may have asked, why I gave her the moon cakes? If you have read the poem above then you will know the answer. Me good in writing poem? When you read this poem what do you think? Sentimental and romantic? (Many year backs I have written some poems but those women that have read it never know how to appreciate it. Then I have stopped writing for many years…. ) At least from what I have done today… Caroline did appreciated it. I can feel it. Thanks for being a friend!
Creating A Fairy Tale Story?
Prepare a poem specially for Caroline. After get everything done, copy to thumb drive. Have lunch. Go cybercafe to get the poem printed. Back home to stick it on the card I have bought and place it in the Amway Moon cake’s box.

Online to check for the florist and have made 11 calls from 3pm – 4pm! Some have no answer, some not open on Sunday. There is one florist in Starhill that open on Sunday and when I checked the price, my goodness… so expensive! 1 single rose cost RM 150? Roses for RM 250? What kind of rose is that? The sale personal said it is imported. Of course I knew it is imported but does it need to be cost so much? Today what day wor… just Sunday and not even a Valentine day. Correct me if I am wrong, single rose on Valentine day may cost from RM 12 to RM 80. This also depend at what places you buy it. And this RM 150 for 1 rose definitely out of my budget!
I even called one of my web friend (Camelia) that actually have a lot of business contact to enquire if she knew any florists that open for business on Sunday. She asked me why not order from online florist and have it delivered? She said Blooming do it. Of course I knew Blooming delivered flowers for 7 days a week and it is one of the famous online florist in Malaysia but I said I want to deliver it myself mah…. more personal and intimate touch…. even more romantic mah…. and sincere also, don’t you think so?
If need to deliver on my own then “susah” (difficult) loh because today is Sunday and most florists does not open for business except the online Florists Portal. She said she can’t help me. Anyway, thanks for your help Camelia
I almost give up trying when I stumble upon a florist that actually open for business on Sunday. With the contact number displayed on the website I called them up. It is located at Damansara Utama. I inquired the price of single rose. It just RM 3.50! See? Do it necessary to pay up to RM 150 per rose like the one in Starhill? Nope… I don’t think so. If I want to spent RM 150 for the single rose I rather buy it from here
I told the Marketing Manager (Ellie Han) that my budget is around RM 20 and asked her what can I get. She said 3 roses, some other violet flowers and some little white flowers wrapped together in a unique design but she don’t know if I like the colour of the roses as they don’t have any red roses at the moment. Since it is quite difficult to visualize what she have told me from the phone I said why not I dropped by her place then only see how.
After bath, on 5:10PM I drove all the way from Wangsa Maju to Damansara Utama just to get these roses….! Me romantic, right? Hmm… Does Caroline ever know about this? Well… If she read this she will know….
I reached there around 5:30PM. It was drizzling then. The moment I walked in, I saw the Marketing Manager have almost finished with her personal touch… Wah! So good service ah… I have not yet decide on the flowers…. she almost finished wrapped it up. Well…. anyhow I sure like it! She the one who have saved my day…. If I did not found her…. wonder where to get the flowers for Caroline?
When Ellie saw me she told me that RM 20 (minus the 2 bears) is not enough. The one she have wrapped up cost around RM 30. Since I need the roses today…. I said OK loh! As I looked around her shop, I noticed that if putting up a doll on it then it should look more nicer. I asked her how much does it cost if I want to add up a pair (boy and girl bears) she said RM 55. Since this is the first time I gave flowers to Caroline…. without thinking much I agreed loh!
After paying her, I took the roses to the car and have some photos taken. This is her (Ellie) final touch! Do you like it? Will Caroline like it? This have to see when she received it.
Then I drove from Damansara Utama to Bukit Bintang. If calculate the mileages… (From Wangsa Maju to Damansara Utama and then to Bukit Bintang) I think it is about 30 ++ kilometers! Wow! Never in my life I have done this. Drove a distance just to get some flowers for a special lady on a special date 240808.
I reached there around 6:00PM, parked my car in the carpark and took the final pictures 
before looking for her.

Lee Chong Wei Priceless Silver Medal! Congratulation!!
Even though the colour of the medal is not gold…. silver still does Malaysian proud. The sole medal for Malaysia on Olympic 2008 Beijing at the moment. CONGRATULATION! I STILL PROUD OF YOU!!
Anymore medal? We have to wait till the end of Olympic to get final result.
Lee Chong Wei Olympic Gold Medal Dream Buried!
The result of final men badminton have been known. The game have just ended! Lin Dan (China) grabbed the gold and Chong Wei (Malaysia) manage to have the silver. Lin Dan beat Chong Wei 21-12, 21-8 in a straight game. Anyhow Chong Wei still worth my congratulation as he is the only one athlete from Malaysia that have won a medal so far. Well done!
Who Will Get The Gold?
After watching the 8:00PM news, the next event I like to watch is the game of men final Badminton Olympic 2008 Beijing, China. Badminton is one of my favourite game. If you asked me to choose only one… between badminton & soccer? I will put badminton as my first priority. Then I did not watch soccer? Of course I watch but not crazy like “kaki bola” I only watch when people or audience shout GOALLLLLLLLLLL…..!
Ok… back to the badminton.. Who will win the gold? Lin Dan quah … if my prediction is not wrong.
Dinner At Regent Restaurant
Have dinner with mum, younger sister, brother in law, nieces and nephew at Regent Restaurant, Seremban.
Now In Seremban
Reached Seremban home around 12.25am. Take bath and having supper prepared by mum. Now online to play facebook and blogging. There are 480++ applications send by friends for me to add and confirm.
